| Being an avid CRX enthusiast since I've been driving a car, I've been going to the CRX Niagara meet since I was allowed to leave the country on my own. I loved the grassroots style get together, and all of the socializing and comradery of felow CRXers. Ever since my first Niagara meet N6 I've wanted to have my own meet, here in the heart of Ohio. Also over the years I'e seen the Niagara meet kinda get away from the grassroots style, which I really liked about N6. I live in North Central Ohio near the Mid Ohio Sports Car Course. Home of the 2006 NASA National Championships. For those of you scratching your heads saying what does a space program have to do with a CRX? NASA is the sanctioning body behind the Honda Challenge series, and yet the HC championship will be battled out here too. For those still confused, not knowing what the Honda Challenge is please click the link above to learn more. Anyway I figure what's better than hanging out with a bunch of fellow CRXers, and talking about our car. Doing just that, at racing event, that will provide, camping, and entertainment for the whole weekend. I know how hard it can bee to find older Honda parts, and these yards usually have a pretty good stock, and fair pricing. Crestline was at one time collectively with all of their yards the biggest junkyard in the country. Times have changed, and that is no longer true, but there are still 5 yards, to choose from, and lots of EFs, and other Hondas at each. Most of the time these parts can be had very reasonably also. So groups of us will be travling there to find lost treasures. |
